TEL: Jennifer A. Johnson is leaving
Mr. Jenkins will retire from his current role when his successor, Jennifer A. Johnson, joins the Company as Executive Vice President and Chief Legal Officer, anticipated to occur on November 9, 2026. Mr. Jenkins will then remain employed by the Company as an executive legal advisor until his retirement on March 31, 2027.
