Termination of Chief Executive Officer and President On November 1, 2026, the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Datavault AI Inc. (the “Company”) removed Nathaniel Bradley from his positions as Chief Executive Officer and President of the Company, effective immediately. The Board also terminated Mr. Bradley’s employment with the Company, effective immediately. Mr. Bradley was elected at the Company’s 2025 annual meeting of stockholders to serve until the Company’s next annual meeting of stockholders and until his successor is elected and qualified, or until his earlier resignation or removal
