Government Stakes
Government Stakes is a data page on the Companies desk of Glassbox Auditing. Filings in which a company names a federal department as a holder, buyer or counterparty of its equity, warrants or preferred stock, or of a price floor or offtake, found by phrase search of SEC EDGAR and kept only where one sentence says so. A government holding or price guarantee changes who owns the company and what it earns on its product.
