Health Board
Health Board is a data page on the Domestic Intelligence desk of Glassbox Auditing. Every desk's state measures read together (jobs, homes, health, safety, public spending, corporate footprint, money and influence, lawmaking, immigration and AI adoption), each against its own history, the nation and comparable countries. Local strain around big companies' hubs and in single states adds up to the country's condition, so the board shows where a national change comes from.

What does this page lead to?
- Labor Market (Macro): The states' job readings add up to the national labor market, so drags spreading across many states tend to show in the national jobs figures. (moves the same way; same quarter; economy scale) Source: BLS Local Area Unemployment Statistics (states 1976+, counties 1990+).
- Household Finances (Macro): Jobs, ownership and health readings feed household income and debt, so a state whose board drags tends to show weaker household finances, such as higher delinquency in New York Fed data, a few quarters later. (moves the same way; 1-3 quarters; economy scale) Source: New York Fed Consumer Credit Panel / Equifax, household debt by state.
- Cloud & Hubs (Companies): The board sets each corporate hub against its own city and state; where housing and services around a hub are strained, employers there tend to pay more to recruit and keep workers. (either way, depending on the cause; years; company scale) Source: Company records: S&P 500 sectors, SEC annual reports (sites, segments, products), OpenStreetMap buildings, Epoch AI models.
- Economies & Debt (World Powers): The board sets U.S. readings beside allies', trade partners' and rivals' comparable World Bank figures; U.S. growth and jobs relative to theirs shape trade and investment flows with them. (either way, depending on the cause; years; global scale) Source: World Bank World Development Indicators (CC BY 4.0).
- Election Outlook (Domestic Intelligence): Local economic conditions (jobs, prices, housing) are among the best-documented influences on how incumbents fare, so a state's drags are context for its races. (either way, depending on the cause; months; economy scale) Source: BLS Local Area Unemployment Statistics (states 1976+, counties 1990+).

- Influence Sentiment (People & Money): Each state's insider and public-fund readings feed the Health Board's money and influence category, one of the measures that roll up into the state's and the nation's condition.
